1. How many people are staying in this residence?

2. Ii this residence owned by you?

3. What is your telephone number?

4. Please provide information on everyone living here. Start with who owns the residence.

5. What is their sex?

6. What is their age and date of birth?

7. What is their race/origin?

8. How much do they make?

9. If there are children, how many and how old are they?

10. Are you currently, or have been employed?

I tried to cover the basics, and left out several un-needed questions from the original census. These questions should be the general info someone needs to know.
