Bernie mandoff is a man who committed a federal offence, fraud. by committing this crime he cost people $65 million because everyone invested money in him and when he was caught everyone lost their money. what brought attention to this crime was the fact that the economy was so bad, that people started pulling founds out of Madoff.
looking from the outside i think that one man who is able to orchestrate something like this is a geanuce. i think that he was a stupid guy even though he was able to do something like this on a world wide scale. utimitly he should have not broken the law and he should have found a way to make money and a future for himself.

I think that Bernie Mandoff is a very cunning individual. It takes a lot to be able to pull this kind of scandal for so long, without anyone taking notice of it. I agree with Dijon's post. He should have gotten over his greed and found another way to make himself money, a way that's legal; instead of cheating and commiting a federal offense. I can't help but wonder how it's possible for someone to have that extreme ammount of greed, that they will go through that much trouble.
